I am a licensed clinical psychologist working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and parent-based treatment (i.e., Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions, SPACE) for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. I also have extensive clinical training in comprehensive dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), developmentally-informed treatment for emerging adults, and family-based interventions for childhood emotional and behavioral issues.
In addition to my private practice, I maintain a clinical appointment at Weill Cornell Medical College as a supervisor for trainees in the Department of Psychiatry.
